10. Payments and Cancellations

Payments are due immediately after service unless under a monthly contract. Accepted methods include cash, credit card, cheque, or bank transfer. Late payments incur a 3% monthly fee. Cancellations less than 16 hours before service may incur a 50% charge.

11. Claims, Complaints, and Lost Items

Clients must report complaints or lost/damaged items within 6 to 12 hours. Signing the service completion receipt confirms acceptance. We cooperate with authorities for serious issues.

12. Hiring Our Cleaners

Private hiring of cleaners under Alo Maids sponsorship requires a recruitment transfer fee of 12,000 AED plus visa and legal expenses.

13. Loyalty and Referral Program

Loyalty hours or referral rewards may extend service time under standard rates. Rewards cannot be used for back-to-back bookings. Programs may be modified or ended at any time.

14. Liability Limitations

Alo Maids is not responsible for unreported missing items. For major concerns, clients may file a police report, and we will cooperate fully.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
