You can request for a cleaning service through our website/ phone call or an email. We will make a service reservation for a time and day convenient to you and then the cleaner will be dropped at your location as per the time booked. We take reservations through Facebook and Twitter as well.

- Booking is always subject to availability.
- Minimum hours required are standard unless and until otherwise agreed. Booking needs to be done 24 hours in advance until and unless otherwise agreed 24-hour rescheduling policy applies.
- Last minute cancellations are subject to 50% charge of the total hours booked, for both recurring and non-recurring bookings.
- Payment will be accepted by cash or credit card or wire transfer or cheque payable to ALO Maids & Technical Services or as per the contract agreement. Credit card payments are subject to an additional fee to cover the third-party service charges.
